RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because all Low Signal products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, changed minds, or other non-defective items. Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Each claim will be reviewed individually. If approved, Low Signal will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to the customer.

For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Low Signal will provide return instructions if a return is required. In some cases, a refund or replacement may be issued without requiring the item to be returned.

If a return is required for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Low Signal will cover the cost of return shipping.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly after purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Low Signal is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs delays, or circumstances outside our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Low Signal is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once production or shipment has begun.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in reaching a resolution whenever possible.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund after it has been issued.
